LAW 955 - Transactional Law ClinicCollege of Law 6 credit(s) Every semester The Transactional Law Clinic is one of only a handful of law school clinics nationwide which provide students the opportunity to represent not-for-profit housing and community organizations involved in affordable housing development and community economic development for people with low incomes. The Transactional Law Clinic was founded in 1988 with a grant from the United States Department of Education Clinical Legal Experience Program. Since 1989, Associate Professor Deborah Kenn has directed Clinic, which upon the conclusion of the United States Department of Education grant in 1992, has been funded in full by the College of Law.
