MAJOR REQUIREMENTS
The student seeking a B.A. in the history of architecture is required to complete 30 credits of upper-division courses in art history, at least 18 of which are in courses in the history of architecture. No credit for studio courses in art or music may be used as part of this major. The following courses taught by the School of Architecture form the basis for the major.

Minor in History of Architecture
The minor requires 18 credits of upper-division history of architecture coursework within the Department of Art and Music Histories (e.g., courses with a FIA prefix numbered above 299). At least four courses (12 credits) are from the following list. The other two courses (6) credits may be any upper-level FIA art history course offering.
